July- Summertime! Time to enjoy the outdoors and long days with a cool, refreshing, drink!

SOUTHERN TEA
1 oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Peach Schnapps
Pour liquor over ice in a tall glass.
Fill with fresh Iced Tea
Garnish with a lemon

FRUIT PUNCH
1 ½ oz. Cherry flavored Vodka
½ oz. Triple Sec
2-3 lemon slices
2-3 lime slices
3-4 stem-less maraschino cherries
In a mixing glass muddle fruit together. Add ice and liquors to fruit mash.
Add a splash of orange juice and shake all ingredients.
Strain into a chilled martini style glass

ROOTBEER FLOAT
1 ½ oz. Vodka
½ oz. Kahlua
1 ½ oz. Cream
1 oz. Coke
Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass.
Top with ½ oz. Galliano
Whipped Cream
Cherry Garnish

GIN FIZZ
1 ½ oz. Gin
3-4 Lime slices
1 Tbsp. Simple Syrup
Club Soda
In a Mixing glass, muddle the limes and simple syrup together.
Fill with ice and add Gin.
Shake and strain into a chilled martini style glass.
Top with club soda
Lime Garnish
